Enrollment Process
In order to ensure a smooth and equitable process, we will be conducting a lottery for exclusively TK & Kindergarten. If there are more applicants by respective grade level for 1st grade through 5th grade, a lottery will be conducted in order to determine placement of enrollment. All 1st grade - 5th grade will take a Mandarin language assessment test.

Current ICIA students do not need to complete the lottery application. However, siblings of current ICIA students who are new to the school must submit a lottery application.

TImeline

  • Lottery Application Open: Wednesday, January 29 - link
    • This is a lottery and not time stamped.  
    • This lottery application is ONLY for TK - 5th grade for the 2025-2026. Other grade level applications will be removed.

  • Lottery Application Closed: Wednesday, February 12 at 3pm.
  • Lottery Drawing via Apollo: Friday, February 21 @4pm. 

 

  • Prospective families who missed the lottery deadline can apply to join the waitlist through the community portal after February 21. The waitlist is timestamped by application, and we will contact you if a seat becomes available after the lottery list is exhausted.
